APPLICATION DEADLINE: March 9, 2018 by 6pm

Notification
Notification of Acceptances/Rejections will be emailed by March 11.
Drop Off and Pick Up of Art
DROP OFF DATES: March 15/16/17 – Times will be sent directly to artists.
What to Bring When You Drop Off Your Art:
• Drop off artwork
• Completed Application Form (printed out)
• $10 entry fee for 1 piece; $20 for up to 3 pieces
(check made payable to “Town of Belmont” or cash only)
• labels on all artwork
• inventory list of everything submitted
PICKUP ARTWORK: May 5 and 6; hours to be determined.

DURATION OF EXHIBIT: March 23 – May 4, 2018
RECEPTION: Thurs., March 24 – times to be determined.
Open to the public. Wine/Light refreshments will be served.
