APPLICATION DEADLINE: August 8, 2018 by 6pm

Notification
Notification of Acceptances/Rejections will be emailed by Aug. 13.
Drop Off and Pick Up of Art
DROP OFF DATES: August 17 & 24 – Times will be sent directly to artists.
What to Bring When You Drop Off Your Art:
• Drop off artwork
• Completed Application Form (printed out)
• $10 entry fee for 1 piece; $20 for up to 3 pieces
(check made payable to “Town of Belmont” or cash only)
*Payment required for all submitted works—not just accepted works.
• labels on all artwork
• inventory list of everything submitted
**Please have your labels/inventory sheet with you.
PICKUP ARTWORK: Oct. 12 & 13; hours to be determined.

OPENING RECEPTION: Fri., Sept. 7 – times to be determined.
Open to the public. Wine/Light refreshments will be served.
